Your team meets across buildings, across districts, and from home. True Collab from True IP Solutions is video conferencing that connects them from any device, with high-definition audio and video, encryption, and meeting controls that hold up whether five people or two hundred join.

Meet from anywhere, on any device

Guests do not download anything to join. Hosts schedule a meeting or start one on the spot, invite from an integrated address book, and run the room with visual controls instead of star commands. True Collab is part of the same hosted platform that runs your phones, so the people you call are the people you meet with, on one system we install and support.

Conference calls and meetings that stay on track

During the meeting you see who is speaking, share your screen, manage participants, take notes that save to call history, and start recording in the app.

Frequently asked questions

How many people can join a video meeting?

True Collab supports up to 100 participants on the Basic plan and up to 250 on the Pro plan. Phone-only attendees can also dial in through global dial-in numbers.

Do guests need to download anything to join?

No. Guests join video meetings and screen sharing from a link with no download required. Hosts can run the room with visual controls.

Can we record meetings?

Yes. The Pro plan records both audio and video, including screen share, in HD. Recordings are available afterward along with call stats and searchable transcripts.

Is it suitable for schools and government?

Yes. Waiting rooms, meeting locks, one-time access codes, moderator controls, and closed captioning give schools and public bodies the control and accessibility they need for staff meetings, parent conferences, and public sessions.

Does video conferencing work with our phone system?

Yes. True Collab is part of the same hosted platform True IP Solutions uses for your phones, so calling, the business phone app, and meetings all run on one system with one support team.
